Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually consists of a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate that is expertly cut and bent,then automatically welded. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m. It is designed to withstand wind resistance up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework not only serves a functional purpose but also incorporates decorative materials, primarily steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is positioned, it automatically drops and locks into place via a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both light and floodlight illumination.A computer time controller allows for automatic switching of the lighting, enabling part or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation includes a 1-meter long grounding wire that is welded to the underground bolt for safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be beautifully categorized into lifting types and non-lifting types. The majestic lifting main pole often stands tall at over 18 meters, offering effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its functional height, it seamlessly detaches and securely latches onto the groove, allowing the wire rope to gracefully release.
The innovative lifting type high-pole lamp boasts both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring the lamp tray
can be lowered with utmost safety and reliability to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features an impressive 10-meter lead-out wire, providing the operator with the ability to remotely manage the lamp panel's elevation safely from a distance of 5 meters.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is thoughtfully equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable seamlessly connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end integrates with the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring a direct power supply for efficient maintenance.
Showcasing a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, the lift-type high-pole lamp's design prevents the penetration of dust and rain, significantly extending the bulb's service life. These robust lamps and lanterns are meticulously crafted from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
