1. Typically, the poles are dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, constructed from high-strength steel plates that undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights span 25m, 30m, and 35m, with maximum wind resistance designed to endure speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust, these structures also feature decorative elements. They are primarily composed of steel, incorporating steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.
3. The electric lifting system includes a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Within the lamp post, the system facilitates lifting speeds between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate maintains stability without transverse movement during the lifting process. .Upon reaching its destination, the lamp plate is designed to automatically descend and lock securely using a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system boasts between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W metal halide options (white light), including both spotlight and floodlight capabilities. A computer time controller enables automated switching schedules, offering partial or full illumination as needed.
6. For lightning protection, a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is affixed to the lamp top,
and the underground foundation integrates a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt for effective safety measures.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting types and non-lifting types. The height of lifting main poles is typically more than 18m, making the electric lifting operation exceptionally convenient. When the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the designated slot, and release the wire rope.
Lifting type high-pole lamps are equipped with dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, allowing seamless elevation of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5m, thus ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.
