Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is generally dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design reaching up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional framework, the design incorporates decorative elements primarily using steel materials. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system, which includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during the lifting process.When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks securely via the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, offering both light and floodlight options. The computer time controller facilitates automatic control of switching times, enabling part or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires welded to the underground bolt, ensuring robust protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are expertly categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. Typically, the height of the lifting main pole exceeds a towering 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation both efficient and user-friendly. Once the lamp tray ascends to its optimal working position, it effortlessly detaches, securely hangs in place, and the wire rope is released, ensuring robust stability.
The innovative lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric. This flexibility allows the lamp tray to be
safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. With a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can comfortably manage the lifting process from a safe distance of 5 meters, enhancing their safety during operation.
Additionally, every lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to a manageable position, one end of the cable seamlessly connects to the electrical control system, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for continuous power supply and straightforward maintenance of the lamps and fixtures.
The sealing grade of all lamps and fixtures in our lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, providing superior protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and fixtures are constructed from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
