1. The structure is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, masterfully crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters/second.
2. The functional framework is both robust and aesthetic, primarily using steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. All parts, including the lamp plate, are treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an efficient electric motor, reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The interior of the lamp post allows for a lifting speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system employs a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) and floodlights. The computer time controller offers automated control over the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely with the underground bolts.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed heights of 18 meters and feature an efficient electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its designated position, it automatically detaches and secures in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers two modes of control: manual and electric. This flexibility ensures that the lamp tray
can be securely and conveniently lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level for maintenance purposes. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lifting mechanism from a distance of up to 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable is connected to the socket of the electrical control system, while the other is linked to the junction box on the tray, facilitating direct power supply and easy maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns within the lift-type high-pole lamp system meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain and extending the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials provide excellent corrosion resistance.
