Detailed Configuration of the High Mast Light System:

1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The general heights offered are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Function meets finesse in our framework: primarily composed of steel, the system includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all undergoing hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability and a decorative finish.

3. The electric lifting system is engineered with an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and a cable assembly. The interior of the lamp post is designed to provide a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. Upon reaching the designated height, the lamp plate automatically secures and locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps of 400 W to 1000 W metal halide (white light), suitable for both floodlighting and spotlighting. A computer time controller provides automated control over the switching times, allowing for selective or full illumination as needed.

6. A robust lightning protection system is incorporated, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,

and a well-designed underground foundation equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, meticulously welded to the underground bolt to ensure safety.

Classification of High Mast Lighting Systems
High mast lighting systems are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting variants usually feature a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the luminaire tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the designated slot, and the wire rope is released for optimal stability.
Lifting-type high mast lighting systems come with dual lifting control options: manual and electric. This design ensures that the luminaire tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks.
The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the tray's lifting or lowering from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, thereby ensuring the operator's safety during the process.
Each lifting-type high mast system is equipped with an auxiliary cable for added functionality. When the luminaire tray is lowered to an accessible height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the luminaire tray, enabling direct power supply for lamp and luminaire maintenance.
To enhance durability, all lifting-type high mast lighting systems feature a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion. The luminaires are crafted from robust materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their exceptional corrosion resistance and extended lifespan.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
