The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. Expertly crafted, these high mast lights typically boast a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole design. Utilizing high-strength steel plates, precision-cut, and skillfully bent,and automated welding processes, these structures stand proudly at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Incorporating a functional framework that marries utility with aesthetics, these poles use primarily steel materials for decorative purposes. Essential components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

The advanced electric lifting system is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complete with specialized cables.Inside the lamp post, the system boasts an impressive lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, meticulously designed with guide wheels and a guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.throughout the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and locks securely using a hook mechanism.

A robust lighting electrical system powers between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) lamps for both spot and floodlighting.Equipped with a computer time controller, this system offers the flexibility to automatically adjust the illumination settings, allowing for partial or full lighting based on requirements.
6. For comprehensive safety and protection, the system includes a lightning protection feature, complete with a 1.5 meters long lightning rod.
The underground foundation is meticulously designed with one-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type, featuring a main pole height exceeding 18m, facilitates convenient electric operation. When elevated to its working position, the lamp tray can seamlessly detach, secure within the ditch, and offload the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above the ground for maintenance ease.
A manual remote control device, equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, empowers operators to control the lamp panel's lift from a safe 5m distance, ensuring utmost personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for operational backup. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one cable end connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other inserts into the lamp tray's junction box, facilitating direct power supply for maintenance.
Boasting an IP65 international standard sealing grade, the lift-type high-pole lamp's lamps and lanterns are safeguarded against dust and rain, prolonging bulb service life. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
