1. Designed in robust dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, these poles are crafted from high-strength steel plates, expertly cut and bent.With precision automatic welding, they stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand fierce winds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Combining functionality with elegant aesthetics, the structure incorporates steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanization for enduring durability.

3. The electric lifting system, featuring a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensures smooth operation.Inside the lamp post, the lift operates at a controlled speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and safety.

4. The guiding and unloading system, complete with a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees stable and precise lifting without transverse movement.Upon reaching the designated height, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.Enhanced by a computer time controller, it offers seamless automation for switching times, with options for partial or full illumination.

6. Superior lightning protection is assured with a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp, connected to a 1-meter underground grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles usually exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and allows the wire rope to be unloaded seamlessly.
The high-pole lifting lamp features both manual and electric lifting control modes, providing versatility and ease of use. It ensures the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a lead-out wire length of 10m, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring optimal personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of this cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade to prevent dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamp materials are typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
