The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape of our high mast poles is typically either a dodecagon or an octagonal conical pole. Fabricated from high-strength steel plates, these poles undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights range from 25m, 30m to 35m, with maximum wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. While primarily functional, our lighting framework also features decorative elements. Constructed mainly from steel, steel pipe, and lamp post, each component undergoes hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is an advanced assembly of an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Inside the lamp post, our system operates at a lifting speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficient height adjustments.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure stable, non-transverse movement of the lamp plate during lifting..Upon reaching the designated position, the lamp plate is automatically dropped and securely locked by a hook mechanism.
5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options including 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight.A computer time controller provides automatic control for switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination as needed.
6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is fitted with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,
and the underground foundation includes a 1-meter long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps:
Generally, high pole lamps are categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. Lifting poles usually exceed 18m in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach and secure itself.
The lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric control options, allowing the lamp tray to be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance.
The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system, while the other is connected to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and easy maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of our lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international standard for dust and rain protection, extending bulb life. They are constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
