The configuration of high mast light:
1. The poles are often crafted in elegant dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, made from robust high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, expert bending,and automatic welding. Typically standing at majestic heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, these structures are designed to withstand wind forces up to a staggering 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, the design features decorative elements predominantly crafted from steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate all feature durable hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced longevity and aesthetic appeal.

3. The sophisticated electric lifting system includes a powerful electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a system enables lifting at smooth speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and safety.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and avoids lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it seamlessly drops and locks into place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system boasts between 6 to 24 luminaires, offering choices of 400 W and 1000 W power ratings. These can include metal halide options (emitting a brilliant white light), as well as other types of floodlights for versatile lighting solutions.An advanced computer time controller allows for automatic management of light switching times, enabling selective partial lighting or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is meticulously planned; the lamp top features a 1.5 meters long lightning rod,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be elegantly classified into two distinct types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole, a marvel of engineering, typically exceeds a towering height of 18 meters. This impressive structure is designed for convenience, featuring an effortless electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its optimal working position, the ingenious lamp tray automatically detaches, securely hanging in the groove, while the wire rope is swiftly disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes, allowing for both manual and electric operation, ensuring utmost flexibility for the lamp tray's movement.
This remarkable design ensures that the lamp tray can be gently and securely lowered to a comfortable height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with an impressive 10-meter lead-out wire, empowering operators to manage the lamp panel's ascent and descent from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby guaranteeing their personal safety.
For added reliability, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is safely lowered to the designated position, one end of this cable is seamlessly connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end integrates with the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup ensures a direct power supply to the lamp tray, streamlining maintenance and overhauling of the lamps and lanterns.
Meeting the esteemed IP65 international standard, the sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp prevents dust and rain intrusion, significantly prolonging the bulb's service life. Crafted from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these components offer excellent corrosion resistance, promising durability and reliability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
