1. Our poles boast a striking dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, engineered from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut, bent,and seamlessly welded. These poles reach impressive heights ranging from 25m, 30m to 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. We use a functional framework complemented by decorative elements, predominantly utilizing steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all of which undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel in itself, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, the system ensures a steady lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, optimizing operational efficiency.

Our guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, is precisely engineered to keep the lamp plate steady, without any sideways movement.Once the lamp plate reaches its intended position, it automatically descends and secures itself with a lock system for unwavering stability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Our high pole lamps are classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type, exceeding 18m in height, offers convenient electric operation. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray effortlessly detaches, hangs securely, and the wire rope is released.
These lifting high-pole lamps come with dual control modes—manual and electric—facilitating safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground level for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control boasts a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remain at a safe 5m distance while managing the lamp panel's movement, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the tray is lowered to its designated position, simply plug one end of the cable into the control system's socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray for direct power supply and hassle-free lamp maintenance.
The lamp's sealing is rated at IP65 international standard, providing formidable protection against dust and rain, thus prolonging bulb life. The lamp casings, made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
