Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Heights generally range from 25m, 30m to 35m, with wind resistance designs accommodating speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework predominantly uses decorative materials such as steel and steel pipes. Lamp posts and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The lifting mechanism inside the lamp post operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically locks in place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both spotlight and floodlight options. A computer time controller automates the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation features 1-meter long grounding wires welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. For the lifting type, the main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach and hang securely, allowing the wire rope to be easily unloaded.
The lifting type high mast lamp is designed with dual control modes – manual and electric – ensuring the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably for maintenance.
The lamp tray can be lowered to a safe height of 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device is equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting at a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high mast lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate level, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring continued power supply and facilitating maintenance work.
All lamps and lanterns integrated into the lift-type high mast lighting fixture meet IP65 international standards, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The construction materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
