Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type generally exceeds 18 meters in height and features an easy electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working height, it automatically detaches and hangs securely in place, allowing the wire rope to be released.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, the lifting-type high-pole lamp allows for flexible operation of the lamp tray.
This system ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance effortless. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5 meters.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for easy maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain. This enhances the durability of the bulbs. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps ensure long-lasting performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
