Configuration Details of the High Mast Light:
1. The poles are generally dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been meticulously cut and bent,and seamlessly welded using automated techniques. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with maximum wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to structural functionality, the poles also boast decorative elements. They primarily utilize materials such as steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a powerful motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring reliable operation.The internal mechanism allows for a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway sideways.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system supports between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W configurations, offering both metal halide (white light) and floodlight options.A computer time controller allows for automatic management of switching times, facilitating either partial or full lighting,

Categories of High Mast Light Poles
High mast light poles are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope can be smoothly unloaded.
The lifting type high mast light pole features dual operation modes, both manual and electric, allowing seamless control over the lamp tray's position.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5 meters, enhancing personal safety during operation.
Every lift-type high mast light pole includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other plugs into the lamp tray junction box. This setup ensures direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of lamps and lighting fixtures.
All lamps and lighting fixtures of the lift-type high mast light pole boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain penetration and thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
