Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plate through cutting and bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the functional framework, we use decorative materials, primarily steel. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.The interior of the lamp post includes a lifting mechanism with a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it locks automatically via a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, using metal halide bulbs (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller can automate the switching times, allowing either partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
and the underground foundation features a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded with the underground bolts.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Generally, high pole lamps are classified as either lifting or non-lifting types. The height of lifting main poles usually exceeds 18m, enabling easy electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lift from a safe distance of 5m,
ensuring their personal safety. Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, and the other to the lamp tray junction box, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are sealed to IP65 international standards to prevent dust and rain from entering, thereby extending bulb life. The materials used are usually aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
