Product Description

The Configuration of High Mast Light:

1. The structure typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are precision-cut, bent, and welded automatically, with standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. The design can withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework incorporates decorative elements made primarily from steel. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal lamp post mechanism allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.During the lifting process, the system ensures that the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and securely locked in place by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400W or 1000W, including metal halide (white light) lights and floodlights. A computer-controlled timer allows for automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can generally be classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation both convenient and efficient. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in place, and the wire rope is released for optimal performance.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes – manual and electric – allowing for versatile operation of the lamp tray.
The lift-type high-pole lamp can be lowered safely and reliably to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level for easy maintenance. With a remote control lead-out wire extending 10 meters, operators can manage the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
In addition, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and facilitating easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used in the construction of these lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
