Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light is designed to ensure superior performance and durability:
1. The pole's shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical structure, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been precisely cut and bent. It undergoes automatic welding processes. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials are primarily steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced longevity.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system enables a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely. during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it can be automatically released and securely locked by the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can be configured with 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) fixtures, including both spotlights and floodlights. A computer time controller is integrated to automatically manage the switching times, enabling part or full illumination depending on requirements.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod installed at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting type and non-lifting type. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, featuring a user-friendly electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, securely hanging while the wire rope disengages.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring versatility. This design allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring maximum safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, protecting against dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
