Product Description

1. The structure features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plate through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. With typical heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, it withstands wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. While serving its functional purpose, the design also incorporates decorative elements using steel, steel pipe, and a hot-dip galvanized lamp post and plate.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system enables a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during lifting.. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) and floodlights. A computer time controller facilitates automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,

while the underground foundation includes a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height usually exceeding 18m, ensuring a convenient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope disengages.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This dual mode ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device has a wire length of 10m, allowing the operator to manage the lamp panel's lifting and lowering within a 5m radius. This design ensures the operator's personal safety during operation.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate level, one cable end plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup enables direct power supply for lamp maintenance.
All lamps of the lift-type high-pole are sealed to IP65 international standards, preventing dust and rain intrusion and extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are typically crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
