Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through a meticulous process of cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, and they boast a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, these structures feature steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates—all hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a precision motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movement.during lifting. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide lamps (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller provides automated control over switching times, allowing for either partial or full illumination as needed,

6. Lightning protection is ensured by a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be divided into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type usually features a main pole height exceeding 18m, offering effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in place, and the wire rope can be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is ingeniously designed with both manual and electric lifting control modes, providing flexibility and ease of use for the lamp tray.
The design ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground for maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a manageable height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for a direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy servicing of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
