The configuration of high mast light:
1. The structure is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent, then automatically welded. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles are enhanced with decorative materials, predominately crafted from steel and steel pipes. Both the lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for increased durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, this system facilitates a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a combination of guide wheels and guide arms to ensure stable lateral movement of the lamp plate during lifting..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks in place with a hook mechanism, ensuring secure attachment.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps that range from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller enables automated control over the switching times, allowing for either partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system is comprehensive, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
and a grounding system with 1-meter long grounding wires welded to the underground bolts, ensuring safety during storms.
Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually stands over 18 meters tall, offering easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, safely hanging in the ditch, and the wire rope is seamlessly unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely manage the lamp panel from a distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct electricity supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending bulb life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from corrosion-resistant materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
