1. Typically designed as either dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, these structures are crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance rating of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Our high mast lighting systems not only serve functional purposes but also incorporate decorative elements crafted mainly from steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a powerful motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism offers a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computerized time controller allows for automatic switching, enabling part or full illumination as required.

6. Our robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
Our high mast lighting solutions are available in two distinct types: lifting and non-lifting. Designed for optimum performance, the lifting main pole stands at an impressive height of over 18 meters. Featuring a user-friendly electric lifting mechanism, the lamp tray seamlessly elevates to its working position, where it automatically detaches, hooks securely into the recess, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting high mast lamp offers dual control options: manual and electric. This flexibility allows for effortless elevation and lowering of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high mast lamp comes with a spare cable for added reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, the cable can be connected from the electrical control system socket to the junction box on the tray, ensuring a direct power supply for easy maintenance and inspection of the lamps.
Our lift-type high mast lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising their performance and extending bulb life. Crafted from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
