Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate after precise cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design rated up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework isn't just practical but also decorative, primarily constructed from steel, steel pipe, and lamp post, all of which undergo hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable,.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically secures and locks in place using a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can be outfitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options.A computer time controller provides automatic control over the switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required,

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and the underground foundation includes 1-meter long grounding wires, welded securely with the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high-pole lamps typically have a main pole height exceeding 18m, providing the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, secures in the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts two lifting control modes: manual and electric. This versatile design ensures that the lamp tray can be
safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for seamless overhauls and maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamp fixtures are constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
