4. To ensure stability during the lifting process, the guiding and unloading system is equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm. Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it can automatically detach, secure in place, and allow the wire rope to be safely unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts both manual and electric lifting control options, enabling the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating effortless maintenance. With a manual remote control device boasting a 10m lead-out wire, operators can securely manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5m distance, prioritizing personal safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is properly lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and repair.
All lift-type high-pole lamp fixtures adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, preventing dust and rain intrusion and extending bulb longevity. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
