1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision-cut and expertly bent,followed by automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the functional framework, decorative elements are predominantly made from steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanization for durability.
3. The electric lifting system includes a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The interior of the lamp post features a lifting speed mechanism that operates at 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable,with no lateral movement during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by hooks.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller can automate the switching, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can be classified into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high pole, typically exceeding 18 meters in height, offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in place, and the wire rope is released, ensuring optimal functionality.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual lifting control options: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply and convenient maintenance of the lamps.
The sealing grade for all lamps in lift-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain. This ensures prolonged bulb lifespan. The lamp materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.
