Product Description

Configuration of High Mast Light:

1. The structure typically features dodecagonal or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with wind resistance design reaching up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the core materials include steel, steel piping, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The internal setup enables a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks securely via the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight. A computer time controller enables automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. Lightning Protection System: The top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

while the underground foundation features a 1-meter-long grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting lamp poles generally exceed 18 meters in height, offering a convenient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the grooves, and the wire rope can be released, ensuring stable positioning.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing effortless elevation of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and repair of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain from entering and thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for these lights are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
