The configuration of our exceptional high mast lighting system:
1. Our poles feature a striking dodecagon or octagonal conical design, crafted from high-strength steel. Post cutting and bending,they undergo precise automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m with wind resistance engineered to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our design seamlessly integrates functionality and aesthetics using premium materials like steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. Each component including lamp plates is hot dip galvanized for durability.
3. An advanced electric lifting system, comprising a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables,is installed within the lamp post. It facilitates a lifting speed between 3 and 5 meters per minute.
4. Our robust guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability, preventing lateral displacement of the lamp plate.during lifting operations. Once the lamp plate reaches its destination, it securely locks into place automatically using a hook mechanism.
5. Our state-of-the-art lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide bulbs for vibrant white light and powerful floodlighting.The integrated computer time controller allows for intelligent management of lighting schedules, offering both partial and full illumination as needed.
6. For optimal safety, the lamp top is designed with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod, while
the foundation is reinforced with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum protection.

High Pole Lamp Classification
Our high pole lamps are elegantly divided into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles are generally over 18m tall, offering seamless electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray securely detaches and locks into position.
Each lifting high-pole lamp is user-friendly, with dual control modes: manual and electric. The tray safely descends to 2.5 meters for effortless maintenance.
The remote control device, featuring a 10m lead-out wire, allows safe operation at a 5m distance, ensuring operator safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. Once the tray reaches the appropriate position, connect the cable to the system socket and junction box, allowing direct electricity supply for lamp maintenance.
All lamps and fixtures meet the IP65 international sealing standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, and extending bulb life. Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, they offer outstanding corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.

The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
