Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually encompasses dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Typically, the heights range from 25m, 30m, to 35m, with a robust wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters/second.

2. In its functional design, the high mast light also features decorative elements. Primarily constructed from galvanized steel, the materials include steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates.

3. The electric lifting system incorporates an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal mechanism of the lamp post enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is engineered with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, the system allows it to be automatically dropped and securely locked by hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system can be fitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light) and floodlight options. A computer time controller facilitates automatic control over switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of our lifting main poles exceeds 18 meters, ensuring convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is effortlessly unloaded for optimal functionality.
Our premium lifting type high-pole lamps feature dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for convenient maintenance.
The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring the personal safety of the operator.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered to the correct position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby enhancing the service life of the bulbs. The construction materials for our lamps and lanterns include high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
