The Configuration of High Mast Light System:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut and expertly bent,then undergo automatic welding. The standard heights offered are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Integrating both functionality and aesthetics, the framework primarily uses decorative materials such as steel. Components including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are treated with hot dip galvanization.
3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
4. To guarantee stability during lift operations, the guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, preventing lateral movement of the lamp plate..Once in position, the lamp plate automatically detaches and is securely locked by hooks, ensuring firmness and safety.
5. The lighting electrical system offers between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W to 1000 W outputs. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight, providing versatile illumination solutions.Equipped with a computerized time controller, it can automatically manage switching times and adjust between partial or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These systems generally divide into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting poles are typically over 18m tall, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it can automatically detach, securely hang in place, and the wire rope is safely unloaded.
Lifting high-pole lamps offer both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray to be securely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel from a 5m distance, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When lowered, one end connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other links to the lamp tray's junction box, providing direct power for maintenance and operation.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard, offering protection from dust and rain, significantly extending the bulb's service life. These are constructed using aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
