1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates are expertly cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m. The design can withstand wind resistance of up to 60 meters/second.
2. The structural framework is not only functional but also decorative. It primarily uses steel materials. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is integrated with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable duringthe lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switch timings, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp. The underground foundation includes grounding wires,
each 1 meter in length, welded securely with the underground bolt to ensure safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are primarily categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features main poles that are typically over 18 meters tall, allowing for hassle-free electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working height, the lamp tray effortlessly detaches, secures itself in the ditch, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp is engineered with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lifting of the lamp panel remotely from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring maximum personal safety.
Moreover, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray. This design allows for direct power supply and smooth overhauling of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in our lift-type high-pole lamp range meet the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby prolonging the bulb's service life. The materials used are premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
