Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design up to 60 meters/second.

2. The functional framework not only provides stability but also incorporates decorative elements. Materials mainly include steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate remains steady and does not move transversely.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it can be automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options.A computer time controller can automatically manage the switching time, allowing for part lighting or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation includes 1-meter long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolts for optimal safety and protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps can generally be divided into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height of over 18 meters, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—manual and electric—for ease of operation. This ensures the lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
With a manual remote control device featuring a 10-meter lead-out wire, operators can remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Furthermore, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct electricity supply and convenient lamp overhaul.
All lamps and lanterns in our lift-type high-pole lamp system comply with the IP65 international standard for sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from entering. This enhances the bulb's service life. The lamp materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
