Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust design to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework includes decorative elements, primarily using steel and steel pipe. Lamp posts and plates are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.. When in position, the lamp plate can be automatically secured and locked by a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting. A computer time controller allows for automatic management of on/off times, with options for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,

with the underground foundation featuring one 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features an impressive height of over 18 meters and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself, allowing for the smooth release of the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp is designed with dual control modes—manual and electric—ensuring versatility and ease of use. This design allows the lamp tray to be safely brought down to a manageable height of 2.5 meters for effortless maintenance.
Equipped with a manual remote control device featuring a 10-meter lead-out wire, the lifting high-pole lamp allows operators to control the panel's movements from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring the highest standards of personal safety during operation.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable, which, when the tray is properly lowered, connects directly to the electrical control system and junction box on the tray. This feature facilitates immediate power supply and straightforward maintenance of the lamps.
Engineered to meet the IP65 international standard, our lift-type high-pole lamps boast superior sealing to protect against dust and rain, significantly extending bulb life. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
