Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been meticulously cut and bent,then automatically welded. The typical heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional framework, decorative elements mainly employ steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring smooth operation.The interior of the lamp post features a lifting mechanism with speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and locks securely into place with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W options, featuring metal halide (white light) technologies for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller is included to automate the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and a 1-meter-long grounding wire installed underground, securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High Pole Lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type, with a main pole height typically exceeding 18 meters, boasts an effortless electric lifting mechanism. Once elevated to the operational height, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly released.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes, both manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a comfortable maintenance height of 2.5 meters above ground.
For enhanced safety and convenience, the manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety during operation.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, this cable ensures seamless power supply from the electrical control system to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
All our lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby enhancing the durability and longevity of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.

6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
