The configuration of our premium high mast lighting fixture includes:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent, and welded automatically. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design accommodating speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to functionality, the framework also incorporates decorative elements, primarily using steel and steel pipes. The lamp post and lamp plate are thoroughly hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system comprises a powerful electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism ensures a smooth ascent at speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and guide arms, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely. During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its correct position, it is automatically secured and locked into place by a hook system.
5. Our advanced lighting electrical system is capable of supporting 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Options include metal halide (white light), and various light and floodlight configurations. A computer time controller provides seamless automation for switching times and partial or full illumination.
6. Our state-of-the-art lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.
The underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts for optimum safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for ease of operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the ditch, and unloads the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring versatile functionality for the lamp tray.
This design allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply and convenient lamp maintenance.
The lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards that protect against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their exceptional corrosion resistance.
