Product Description

Discover the unparalleled configuration of our Aluminum Solar LED High Mast Light:
1. Typically designed with a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate that is precisely cut and bent,and seamlessly welded. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these lights are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The structural framework is not only functional but also visually appealing, utilizing decorative materials. The steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, enhancing operational efficiency.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not move sideways.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging in power from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. A state-of-the-art computer time controller automatically manages switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and the wire rope can be released.
Lifting type high-pole lamps offer both manual and electric lifting control options, allowing the lamp tray
to safely and reliably descend to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket and the other end to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance and repair of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The fixtures are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
