Product Description

The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The pole is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical in shape, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functional as well as decorative, the framework includes steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all treated with hot-dip galvanization.

3. The electric lifting system is powered by an electric motor and winch, utilizing three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed is an efficient 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift horizontally.During the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically descends and locks securely by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide (white light) options for both spot and floodlighting.The computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp, while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter grounding wire,

which is securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to the desired working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the ditch, and the wire rope disengages.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be securely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level for straightforward maintenance.
The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate maintenance height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for lamp inspection and repair.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, which protects against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
