The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shapes commonly found are dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. Typically, the heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the functional framework, the lamp post and plate are primarily decorative and made from steel, steel pipes, and other materials. These components undergo hot dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring flawless operation.The lamp post interior is equipped with a lifting mechanism that operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate does not shift transversely.during lifting. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically lowered and secured by a hook, ensuring stability.
5. The lighting electrical system features 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, offering both metal halide (white light) and floodlighting options.A computer time controller can automate the switching times, managing partial lighting or full illumination as needed.

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally, high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles usually exceed 18m in height, making electric lifting operations convenient. When raised, the lamp tray automatically detaches, hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers manual and electric control modes for safe and reliable lowering to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
A manual remote control device with a 10-meter lead-out wire allows the operator to control the lifting from 5 meters away, ensuring their safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other to the lamp tray junction box, enabling direct power supply and easy overhaul.
All lamps of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard seal, preventing dust and rain from entering, thereby enhancing the bulb's service life. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
