Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Explore the fascinating classification of high pole lamps, categorized into the lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting-type high pole comes with an awe-inspiring height, often exceeding 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its optimal working position, it ingeniously detaches, securely suspending within the ditch, and the wire rope is effortlessly released, showcasing a remarkable design.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes, providing both manual and electric operations. This versatile design ensures the lamp tray can be
lowered with safety and reliability to a convenient maintenance height of 2.5 meters above the ground. Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire for manual remote control, operators can confidently manage the ascent and descent of the lamp panel from a secure 5-meter distance, assuring safety at all times for the operator.
In addition, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to its designated position, one end of the cable seamlessly connects to the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray. This intelligent setup allows for direct electricity supply, enabling straightforward maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp are crafted with a sealing grade of IP65, aligning with international standards to efficiently prevent dust and rain intrusion. This protection significantly extends the service life of the bulb. The durable construction, utilizing materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
