Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. The design typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision-cut, bent, and welded automatically. Available heights are generally 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functional and decorative frameworks are primarily constructed from steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The lifting speed within the lamp post ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system is engineered with a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift sideways. during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically disengaged and securely locked in place by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options. A computer time controller offers automated control of switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Lightning protection is paramount; hence, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation features 1-meter-long grounding wires welded securely to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can be generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high pole lamps typically stand at heights above 18 meters and offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hooks into a groove, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting high-pole lamp comes with dual control modes: manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a position 2.5 meters above the ground, ensuring easy maintenance. The remote control device for manual operation has a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, enhancing personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the socket of the electrical control system, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and facilitating the overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamp fixtures boast a sealing grade of IP65 in accordance with international standards, effectively preventing dust and rain from entering and thus prolonging the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
