Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates which are then cut, bent, and automatically welded. These poles typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m. They are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, ensuring durability and stability in demanding environments.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing to ensure longevity and resistance to corrosion.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of a powerful motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. It allows the lamp post to achieve a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, designed to ensure that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process..When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks into place securely using a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 powerful lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. A computer time controller allows for automatic control of lighting schedules, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high poles are typically over 18m in height and facilitate convenient electric operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in place, and the wire rope is released.
Equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—our lifting type high-pole lamps ensure seamless operations. The lamp tray
can be safely and securely lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance a breeze. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to lift and lower the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, ensuring maximum operator safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is provided with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to the designated position, one end of this cable plugs into the socket of the electrical control system while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, which effectively prevents dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
