Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, and they are engineered to withstand wind speeds up to an impressive 60 meters per second.
2. The structural framework is not only highly functional but also embellished with decorative materials primarily composed of steel. The steel piping, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes. Additionally, it is equipped with robust cabling.Within the lamp post, an efficient lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring seamless operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes precision-engineered guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured in place and locked by a dependable hook system.

The lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting 6 to 24 lamps with wattages of 400 W to 1000 W, including options such as metal halide (white light) for both spotlight and floodlight applications.A sophisticated computer time controller enables automated management of lighting schedules, allowing for partial or full illumination as desired.
6. Lightning Protection System: The lamp top is safeguarded with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,
while the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter grounding wires, securely welded to the subterranean bolt for optimal protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These lamps are broadly classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles generally exceed 18m in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working height, the lamp tray can automatically detach and secure itself, allowing the wire rope to be seamlessly disengaged.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp provides dual control mechanisms—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray
to be lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lifting process from a safe 5m distance, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Moreover, these lift-type high-pole lamps come with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, the cable connects directly to the electrical control system on one end and the junction box on the lamp tray on the other, ensuring continuous power supply for maintenance and servicing of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole system meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and prolonging bulb lifespan. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, chosen for their excellent resistance to corrosion.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
