Product Description

Premium Configuration of High Mast Lighting System:

1. The design features robust dodecagon or octagonal conical poles crafted from high-strength steel plates. These poles undergo cutting-edge processes such as cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Available heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with wind resistance capacities reaching up to an impressive 60 meters per second.

2. Designed for both functionality and aesthetics, the framework incorporates high-quality steel and steel pipe materials. Each lamp post and lamp plate is hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes a precise electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stable, transversal movement-free operation of the lamp plate. During lifting, the lamp plate remains secure. Once in place, the lamp plate is automatically and securely locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The advanced lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) configurations. The sophisticated computer time controller provides automatic switching, offering both partial and full illumination options.

6. The comprehensive lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation features a 1-meter long grounding wire, meticulously welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Mast Pole Lamps
High mast pole lighting systems are typically classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles usually exceed 18 meters in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in place, and the wire rope can be effectively released.
The lifting-type high mast lamp features both manual and electric control modes, enabling seamless operation. The lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance access.
For enhanced safety, the manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting process remotely from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high mast lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and comprehensive lamp maintenance.
Engineered to the IP65 international standard, all lift-type high mast lamps are safeguarded against dust and rain intrusion, significantly extending the bulb's service life. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
