1. Typically crafted into a sleek dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, our high mast poles are forged from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded. With standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are designed to withstand wind speeds up to an impressive 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, our designs focus on aesthetic appeal. The use of premium materials such as steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized, ensures both durability and visual elegance.

3. Our advanced electric lifting system, featuring an efficient electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, ensures smooth operation. The lifting speed inside the lamp post is optimized at 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees stable and secure vertical movement, preventing any transverse shifts. During the lifting process, the system ensures that the lamp plate is securely dropped and locked into place by the automated hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system, adaptable to hold 6 to 24 high-intensity lamps (400W, 1000W), metal halide (white light), and floodlights, is engineered for optimal performance. A sophisticated computer time controller offers seamless automation for switching times and flexible lighting options, from partial to full illumination.

6. The robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, ensuring safety and reliability.

The foundation is fortified with grounding wires extending 1 meter underground, securely welded to the underground bolt, providing a grounded, safe installation.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely, and the wire rope can be easily unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This design ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5m, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, enabling straightforward maintenance and troubleshooting.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp conforms to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for lamps and lanterns are generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
