The configuration of high mast light:
1. The high mast lights feature either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole design, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent.Following automatic welding, these sturdy poles are available in general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. Incorporating a functional framework, these lights also boast decorative elements primarily composed of steel. The components, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, are hot dip galvanized to ensure durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system achieves a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate during lifting..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends into place and is securely locked by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W, offering options such as metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.With a computer time controller in place, the system can seamlessly manage the switching time, choosing between partial lighting or full illumination for optimal efficiency.
6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp,
while the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter long grounding wire that is securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. When raised to the working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and hangs securely, with the wire rope then being released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes—manual and electric—providing safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating maintenance.
With a 10m lead-out wire for manual remote control, operators can safely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a 5m distance, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered appropriately, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp lineup meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending bulb service life. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
