The configuration of high mast light:
1. Crafted with precision, the high mast light poles are typically fashioned in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. These are formed from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,and then seamlessly welded to create towering structures, usually standing at a height of 25m, 30m, or 35m. The design is robust, offering an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to serving functional purposes, the high mast lights are adorned with decorative elements. Composed primarily of steel, steel pipe, and lamp post, all components including the lamp plate are meticulously hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient movement.

The guiding and unloading system boasts a sophisticated arrangement of guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during the lifting process. Upon reaching the designated height, the lamp plate is designed to automatically secure itself with a locking hook.

The lighting electrical system is equipped with a powerful array of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) options for both spotlighting and floodlighting needs.A state-of-the-art computer time controller manages the lighting schedule, allowing for automatic switching, as well as selective lighting or full illumination modes.
6. For unparalleled safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp,
complemented by a 1-meter long grounding wire at the foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced stability.

Classification of high pole lamps
These high pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles stand tall at over 18m and offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it efficiently detaches and secures itself, allowing the wire rope to be easily disengaged.
The innovative design provides two modes of control: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, significantly simplifying maintenance tasks.
With a 10m lead-out wire for the manual remote control, operators can manage the lifting operations from a safe 5m distance, prioritizing user safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an auxiliary cable. Once the tray is lowered to an optimal position, the cable is connected from the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing uninterrupted power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The lamps and lanterns of lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The use of aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials ensures excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
