The configuration and features of our high mast light system are as follows:
1. The poles are crafted in either dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, utilizing high-strength steel plates. These plates are meticulously cut, bent, and subjected to automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionality meets aesthetics with our use of durable steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. All components, including the lamp plate, undergo hot-dip galvanizing for optimal longevity.
3. The electric lifting system incorporates a robust motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system allows for a lifting speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. A precision guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures smooth, transverse-free movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate automatically locks and secures via the hook mechanism.
5. The lighting system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400W or 1000W, metal halide (white light) options, and can be configured for spot or floodlighting. Our advanced computer time controller seamlessly manages the lighting schedule, supporting both partial and full illumination as required.
6. For ultimate safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top,
with the underground foundation outfitted with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type typically exceeds a height of 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its optimal working position, it automatically detaches, suspends securely in the ditch, and releases the wire rope for enhanced efficiency.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can
be safely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely manage the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an additional spare cable. When the lamp tray is appropriately lowered, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb’s service life. These lamps and lanterns are typically constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
