1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut and bent,and followed by automatic welding techniques. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind resistance of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to its functional framework, the design incorporates decorative elements. Primarily made from steel, the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all treated with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is comprised of a robust electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The lamp post is equipped with a mechanism that allows a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, facilitating efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates guide wheels and arms to ensure the lamp plate remains steady and does not sway horizontally.during the lifting process. Once elevated, the lamp plate is designed to automatically settle and lock securely with the hook.

The lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W to 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light) technology for bright and effective illumination.A sophisticated computer time controller is included to automate the switching schedule, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed,
6. To safeguard against lightning, the system is equipped with a 1.5-meter lightning rod on the lamp top,
and the underground foundation houses a 1-meter grounding wire that is meticulously welded to the underground bolt for safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
Typically, high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles generally exceed 18m in height and offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray can automatically disengage and secure itself.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control operations, both manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device extends to 10m, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel from a 5m distance, prioritizing operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps include a spare cable. When lowered, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for inspection and maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. Construction materials, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
