Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually adopts a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an exceptional wind resistance capability designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional framework, decorative elements are predominantly made from steel, ensuring durability. Components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced longevity.

3. The electric lifting system incorporates an efficient electric motor, a durable winch, and three sets of robust hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complemented by reliable cables.Inside the lamp post, this system achieves a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and smooth operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a sophisticated design comprised of guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked by an integrated hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both spot and floodlighting solutions.A state-of-the-art computer time controller allows for automatic regulation of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination according to specific requirements,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are expertly crafted in two distinct categories: lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed a height of 18 meters, offering the unparalleled convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is easily unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, enabling the lamp tray to be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level. This facilitates effortless maintenance.
For optimal safety and convenience, the lifting type high-pole lamp includes a manual remote control device with a 10-meter lead-out wire. Operators can maintain a safe 5-meter distance while controlling the lamp panel's elevation, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamp materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are selected for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
