1. Our high mast lights boast a sophisticated design, featuring a sleek dodecagon or octagonal conical pole crafted from high-strength steel. After precise cutting and bending,this robust structure undergoes automatic welding. Available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, it is engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond functionality, our framework incorporates decorative elements primarily composed of steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring a reliable electric motor, a sturdy winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained, ensuring swift and efficient operation.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, comprising a precision guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable,throughout the lifting process. Upon reaching its position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook for unwavering stability.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with a versatile selection of 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400 W to 1000 W of radiant metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A state-of-the-art computer time controller provides seamless automation, allowing for customizable switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination as required.
6. A comprehensive lightning protection system is integrated, featuring a robust 1.5-meter lightning rod at the lamp top,
complemented by a 1.1-meter grounding wire, skillfully welded to the underground bolt, offering unparalleled protection.

High Pole Lamp Classification
Our high pole lamps are available in two distinct categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type, with its main pole height exceeding 18m, ensures effortless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its functional position, it automatically detaches, securely hanging in place, while the wire rope is effortlessly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes, both manual and electric, facilitating safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to just 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device, equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, allows operators to manage the lifting process from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. Once the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct electricity supply for maintenance.
With an IP65 international standard sealing grade, all lamps and lanterns are designed to resist dust and rain, extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they feature excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
