Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters/second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism enables a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.Once in place, the lamp plate can automatically drop and lock securely with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically stands over 18 meters tall, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the ditch, and the wire rope can be released, ensuring a stable setup.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control modes, both manual and electric, providing flexibility in operation. This allows the lamp tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance.
For enhanced safety and convenience, the manual remote control device has a lead-out wire length of 10 meters. This allows the operator to remotely manage the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of up to 5 meters, ensuring personal safety during operation.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable to ensure continuous operation. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, and the other end is plugged into the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows direct power supply for easy maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing standard for all lamps and lanterns in lift-type high-pole lamps is IP65, meeting international standards to prevent dust and rain from entering, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
