Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically either dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent for optimal durability.Automatic welding ensures seamless construction. The poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles also feature decorative materials, primarily constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate.

3. The electric lifting system integrates an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables for efficient operation.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway laterally during the lifting process..When the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it can be automatically secured and locked into place by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is capable of supporting 6 to 24 lamps, with power options of 400W or 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spotlighting and floodlighting.A computer time controller automates the lighting schedule, allowing for either partial or full illumination based on preset times.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp post, providing robust protection.

The underground foundation is reinforced with 1-meter-long grounding wires, which are securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be elegantly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters, ensuring a seamless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is easily disengaged.
The lifting high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes, both manual and electric, making the lamp tray's movement effortless and efficient.
For enhanced safety and easy maintenance, the lamp tray can be reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring complete operator safety.
Furthermore, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray reaches the optimal maintenance position, one end of the spare cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup enables direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating straightforward maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The materials used, generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
