Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are carefully cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In terms of functionality and aesthetics, the structure incorporates primarily steel materials. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains steady and does not shift laterally.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate can be automatically lowered and securely locked by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can support 6 to 24 lamps, with options including 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, as well as floodlights.A computer time controller allows for the automatic regulation of switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of a lifting main pole generally exceeds 18 meters, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can automatically detach, securely hang in place, and the wire rope can be effortlessly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes for lifting. This dual-mode system enables the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above the ground for convenient maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety during operations.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply and facilitates the maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps feature a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to prevent the ingress of dust and rain, thus extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamp materials typically comprise aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both of which offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
